Select "Apply Template": From the dropdown menu, find and click on “Apply template”. This opens the template application interface.

Go to your Jira issue
Open "More" menu
Click the "Apply template" menu item
Choose the template from the given list
Then Jira Issue will be updated with data from the Template
On Server instances - Subtasks will be auto-populated with "Apply" method as well
