Automation & REST API: Set up Jira Automation rules to use templates based on triggers like issue creation, status changes, project-specific rules, or scheduled events. Integrate with other tools via REST API. This functionality ensures that your workflows remain interconnected and efficient.  

When enabled, admins can configure webhooks and payloads from the template’s Automation tab.
