In order to Save the checklists created via listed apps in templates and then create Jira issues with prefilled checklists - follow the steps below.
Steps
Please make sure to enable the custom fields integration within the Issue Checklist for Jira “Global Settings”.
Go to Jira settings → Apps → Issue Checklist → Global Settings
Enable Save checklist data to Jira custom fields
You can see if an issue has been updated by showing the “Checklist Text” field as a column in the advanced issue search.
Once all issues have been updated, the checklists can be Saved from Jira tickets as part of new templates in Easy Templates.
